Solicitations and awards are posted on Virginia's e-procurement system (eVA) website.

Go to http://www.eva.virginia.gov and click on Solicitations & Awards.

3. Where can I get instructions for selling to agencies of the Commonwealth of Virginia?

The Vendor’s Manual and the Agency Procurement and Surplus Property Manual (APSPM) are the Commonwealth’s regulations for selling to its agencies.
